            Elmo and Dorothy welcome the viewers, and then Elmo opens the door to learn the theme of the episode. When he opens the door, there is an avalanche of plants and flowers, and is raised off floor by a tree. And then, there are some videos of children in the nature, they are interested in flower, trees and plants.

            Dorothy is not alone in her bowl, there is a small plant in her bowl. And she asks how people water their flowers or plants. Today Mr. Noodle's brother Mr. Noodle is here to help answer Dorothy’s question. Mr Noodle first uses a glass and he drinks water, but in fact he should water the flowers, he has some attempts to give water flower, but he tries to give water to flower as if the flower is a human, and finally he finds how to water the flower.

         There are three kids, they come near Dorothy to show how they water flowers, Geraniums and potted trees, and they use different methods. We see Elmo and a baby, they talk about water flower with a toy flower.

            Elmo opens the door, and A Cactus comes, Elmo wonders why he does not have leaves like other trees. Cactus explains that he is a plant too, but a different type of plant without leaves, Apart from this, he says he does not need so many water like other plants, Elmo wants to water him, but he refuses. And then Elmo has one more guest, this is a tumbleweed, it rolls by to explain Elmo that there are lots of other plants that live in the desert.

            In this part Dorothy has a dream, she imagines Elmo first as a construction worker in a big city, and Elmo waters flowers there. And then we see Elmo bottom of the ocean where there are lots of plants, he tries to water them. And also Dorothy imagines Elmo as a Tarzan in the jungle. The Tarzan Elmo is quite funny and interesting.
