Sesame Street Episode 4228
Rahki Road
Season 41
Alton Brown visits Sesame Street

Chris, Telly, and Zoe visit the Laundromat, where they find Leela making a bracelet. She explains that today is "Rakhi," an Indian holiday for brothers and sisters during which they exchange bracelets. Leela has already sent one to her brother Sunil in India and is waiting for hers in the mail. A delivery man arrives, but he only brings a sample box of detergent. Chris leaves, while Zoe and Telly stay to make bracelets too. Chris starts making a bracelet for Leela, thinking she might be homesick. Elmo drops by, learns about the Rakhi festivities, and suggests an idea to make Leela feel more at home.

Zoe and Telly finish making a bracelet when Gordon stops by to drop off some laundry. Telly shows him the bracelet he made for Baby Bear, and Gordon appreciates the special gesture. Telly realizes that Gordon is like a brother to him and starts making another bracelet. Meanwhile, Chris and Elmo prepare several Indian dishes using an online cookbook. They need to add the final touch to their laddoo dessert by topping it with pistachios, which the delivery man brings.

Telly completes Gordon's bracelet, but when Abby appears at the Laundromat instead of the bowling alley, she mistakenly thinks Telly's bracelet is for her. Telly then scrambles to make another one. Back at Hooper's Store, Chris searches for Indian music on the radio but can't find any. He consults another website and, with a few clicks, summons a pair of Indian musicians to the store, exclaiming, "I love the internet!"

Oscar visits the Laundromat with a bowling shirt he wants dirtied. Telly considers Oscar his oldest friend and starts making a bracelet for him. As Leela is about to close up shop, she and Zoe hear music and go to investigate, leaving Telly to his work. Leela and Zoe follow the sounds to Hooper's Store, which has been transformed with Indian decorations. They find their friends waiting and holding a Rakhi party for Leela.

Chris presents Leela with the bracelet he made for her, and Leela reveals that the one she was making earlier was for him too. The delivery man arrives again, this time with Sunil's bracelet for Leela. Telly then arrives with bracelets for everyone! The group gathers in the street to sing "Rakhi Road," a song about how their neighborhood is like a family, celebrating their bonds and the special day together.

Celebrity guest Alton Brown visits Abby and introduces her to the concept of a recipe. To demonstrate, he asks for her help in creating one. Abby conjures up music, balloons, and friends, resulting in a recipe for fun!

In Abby's Flying Fairy School, playtime comes to an end, and the students need to clean up. Blogg doesn't want to put his toys away, so he decides to sweep them under the magic carpet. However, a magic lock prevents him from doing so. Once unlocked, a swarm of Fairy Dust Bunnies is released. Unfortunately, Mrs. Sparklenose is allergic to the dust bunnies, and when she comes into contact with them, her nose sparkles and blinks once. She sneezes, turning the students into frogs. The students create a magic word to return to normal, but her nose blinks twice, turning them into chickens. They realize they must say the magic word for each blink to return to normal. Her nose blinks three times, turning them into cheese, and they are chased by a hungry Niblet. After returning to normal, they call on Spot, who shows them a video of a robot "under" various things. They learn that to get rid of the dust bunnies, they need to go back under the rug. They create a dust carrot to lure the dust bunnies back under the rug, but Blogg is left to clean up his toys.

In Super Grover 2.0: Pretty Good Wall, Super Grover 2.0 helps a chicken who needs to get to the other side of "The Pretty Good Wall of China." Grover notices the chicken has wings but learns she can't fly. He tries to ask the wall to shrink down, while the chicken attempts to hop over, causing them both to fall. Grover searches his utility sock for a solution and finds springs to help the chicken jump over the wall. However, the springs are faulty and cause her to fall on top of him. He then pulls out a "hole-poker-ma-bob" (a pole) to pierce the wall. After a couple of unsuccessful attempts, the chicken realizes he's created a lever and uses a larger pole to pole-vault over the wall. Grover tries as well but is flung into the wall again.

In Elmo's World, the focus is on friends. Elmo explores the various aspects of friendship, including how friends interact, support each other, and create lasting bonds.
