Healthy Moment: Elmo tries to keep you in shape with funny exercises with Lang Lang show.
SCENES: Telly and Baby Bear are saying welcome to the viewer. They are playing peek-a-boo with Curly. Telly and Baby Bear are taking care of Curly Bear today.
Baby Bear, thought that is snack time for Curly because he says apple. He looks for an apple but he noticed that he forgot to pack an apple in his backpack. Telly asks to Hooper’s Store for an apple but they’re out.
Telly saw Bob and he asks him if he has an apple. But Bob has just a banana. This is also a healthy snack but Curly refuses to eat it. Telly tells her a story about the banana and she hopes that Curly eats the banana inspiring by this story.
There is a land that had no king and queen. Lavender Anything Muppets wanted a queen to rule their land. The townspeople were also very sad about that and they wished a king or queen for their land. Suddenly appears a banana in a stone. This was a kind of magic.
They find also a sign next to the banana. They read it: "Whoso pulleth this banana out of this stone, shall be rightwise king or queen of the land"
The townspeople tried to pull the banana out of the stone but it was impossible. Very soon other people tried their luck at pulling the banana out of the stone but without success.
Strong Bob tried his luck many times. As he had any success, he says that he should have had his breakfast.
After Bob, came two singers, Miles and Gabi. They tried also their luck. They sang of Sing but it doesn’t help with pulling the banana out of the stone. İnstead of becoming king or queen, they decide to form a rock band.
Telly can’t think of an ending for his story so he decided to pass the story to Baby Bear.
Baby Bear continues to tell the story about the banana. He says that the townspeople were still sad while they have no king or queen. A young handsome bear came with his sister to town. He cares for his sister’s needs but he is not the strongest bear.
The sister of the young bear says that she is hungry. The young bear tries to find something to eat. He saw the banana in the stone and he pulled the banana out of the stone.
Suddenly the young bear dressed in the king’s clothes and crown. He pulled the banana out of the stone and he is the king now. The townspeople are very happy that they have a king. The young bear gave the banana to his sister and she was happy to have something to eat.
After the story, Curly starts to eat the banana. Telly tells that this was the greatest banana story. At this moment a female town person comes by and Telly and Baby wondering about that.

Ernie & Bert: Ernie talks to an elephant using a banana as a phone. As Bert saw him, Ernie tells that he is just pretending. After that, he tells Bert that the elephant wants to talk to him too.

Global Grover: In Jordan, they make baskets from banana leaves. Grover was there and he is back now.
