Sesame Street Let's Make Music

Let's Make Music is a one of the Sesame Street specials. It was released in 2000. Special includes a compilation of songs and videos. The video includes the members of Stomp and Telly losing his tuba.

SCENE 1: Sesame Street Let's Make Music’s first scene begins with two members of Stompy at the garage. They play the "Sesame Street Theme” using some pots and pans. The go out from the garage, and see a tuba, and they would like to find its rightful owner and also use it to make music. 

MUPPETS: We see Bert at the park, he hears his favorite instrument sound, and it is tuba's sound. Simon Soundman practices tuba, Bert asks him to teach how to play.

SCENE 2: Telly passes Hooper's Store and he sees Alan there and says Alan he is going to play with a famous music group. But, when he goes to the arbor in order to get his tuba, but he does not find the tuba where he left. He worries about that he cannot make music again. At the same time one of Stomp members Luke Cresswell meets Alan's broom and he does some experiments with the sounds he can make with it.

FILM: Let's Make Music goes on with film part. The film is about a rhythm which is made of breaking eggs, ice, feet stepping, door slams, and cans dropping.

FILM: The number of the episode is 6. In the film part, we see six children who dance on a playground to the same beat.

SCENE 3: Telly is sad, because he cannot find his tuba, Elmo want to cheer up Telly, to do his he shows him that he is able to still make music. And then Elmo, Alan, the Honkers, a Dinger, Oscar and the children sing a song, the name of the song is "What Makes Music?" that show Telly all the things he can make music with. After the song, they watch a walking woman who making music from shaking her mint container.

FILM: In film part we see Hands that make music from various objects.

FILM: Let's Make Music is mainly about making music from various objects, now we see some kids who play rhythms on pots, pans and a barrel.

SCENE 4: Elmo demonstrates Telly different ways of making music. He uses his voice to make music. He shows by singing the number chorus from Pinball Number Count.

CARTOON: It is cartoon time in Sesame Street Let's Make Music. The name of the cartoon is Pinball Number Count.

SCENE 5: Oscar make a meeting with Grouchketeer that is are a group of real kids. The two men who have Telly’s tuba, they come ask them if they lost it. They learn Oscar and his friends play the game of Can-Can where only people with cans can play.

MUPPETS: Bert sings a song, it is about his love for making music from hitting an “Oatmeal Box”.

FILM: There are children in the film, they are in Jamaica and they play bongo drums.

SCENE 6: Baby Bear comes to the Hooper's Store for Telly's tuba, He makes a noise one of the empty glass bottles. Baby Bear demonstrates this new discovery to Telly, but Telly still thinks that his tuba's sound is better.

CARTOON: Sesame Street Let's Make Music goes on with cartoon time. In the cartoon there are an elephant, a zebra, a hedgehog, an ostrich, a frog and a ladybug. They make a rhythm with their footsteps.

FILM: We see a girl in the film, she would like to learn a playground rhyme after she watches some other girls do it, and a girl teaches her.

SCENE 7: Luke, Elmo, Rosita and the children are in the street, Luke tries to teach them to make music with their bodies.

SONG: Body Dance is sung in Sesame Street Let's Make Music.

SCENE 8: Elmo introduces Telly to Luke, He thinks Luke may be help them to solve Telly's problem. Elmo expresses Luke Telly's problem that is about losing tuba.

At the end of the video finally Telly gets her tuba.
