Sesame Street Happy Healthy Monsters is a special produced by Sony Wonder in 2005. Special's theme is "healthy life".

Grover's "Fuzzy and Blue and Healthy Too" show airs on the Happy Happy Healthy Monsters network. Grover has two assistant named Bobby and Sissy. The aim of the show is to teach the benefits of healthy living and exercise. Elmo, Zoe and a group of kids watch the show on TV.

Celebrities like Dan Zanes, India.Arie, Wyclef Jean, Andy Richter are guests of Sesame Street Happy Healthy Monsters.

The segments of Special are as follows:

Segment 1: Zoe, Elmo and a few kids are watching "Fuzzy and Blue And Healthy Too" on TV.

Segment 2: Grover begins exercise with his assistants Bobby and Sissy. Grover first demonstrates jumping and gives some information. His assistants are forced to correct what he said. Grover continues his jumping exercise with the music. Finally he gets tired and talks about the importance of taking a break.

Segment 3: During the break, Elmo and his team are encouraged to keep jumping. Sesame Street Happy Healthy Monsters continues with a film scene.

Film: A film about the letters J-U-M-P.

Segment 4: Andy Richter joins the Fuzzy and Blue And Healthy Too show, telling the audience some heartbeat facts.

Segment 5: Elmo and his team are encouraged to keep jumping once again.

Song: The song Jump Up is sung by Dan Zanes and the band. Jump Up was featured for the first time in Sesame Street Episode 4064.

Segment 6: Grover wants to jump over the moon and fails. Kathleen the Cow jumps very high and disappears, breaking the roof of the studio. Grover is shocked, but will be even more surprised when the cow lands on Grover.

Song: India.Arie sings about jumping. A group of animals appear in the clip, jumping and dancing.

Segment 7: Grover will ask the cook of the show for food, but is a bit disappointed when he sees Cookie Monster as the cook. Because he wants to eat healthy and Cookie Monster's past experiences are not good at all. Cookie Monster still wants to change his mind.

Segment 14: "Planets, Moon and Stars" is a new version of the song released for the Happy Healthy Monsters special. In the clip, Elmo, Zoe, Grover and a group of children navigate outer space.

Segment 15: Grover says the show is over after the meditation and congratulates everyone.
