Sesame Street-O-Saurus, Street Story: Rosita, Elmo and Chris appears on the scene while they are setting up a table that is soon covered by tools from "Paleontologist Grover." Chris explains what the position entails to Grover. Grover gets excited and hopes to dig up some dinosaur bones and also wants to build his own dinosaur skeleton. 

When Chris returns to work, Elmo and Rosita appear, they say that they want to be paleontologists. Grover expresses that Elmo and Rosita has not enough proper outfits and tools, which the two quickly produce. Apart from this, he says that they must sing a song which is about the paleontologist theme. 

They sing the song with some Anything Muppets. They have done all the necessary things and now they become official paleontologists and start digging. They dig around the garden. They see various things, which Grover claims are fossils. They like this idea and start. 

They study the pieces and find what parts resemble dinosaur body parts. Their design works and they find a dinosaur figure! Grover calls the dinosaur figure as a "Sesame Street-O-Saurus," then goes for a simple "Barbara."

Celebrity: Amy Ryan, who is an actress, is a celebrity guest in Sesame Street Episode 4314. Amy Ryan and Elmo talk about Paleontologist which is the word on the Street.

Cartoon: Sesame Street Episode 4314 goes on with cartoon part. In the cartoon there are Cavemen who observe and make their cave paintings.

Film: In the film part we see some children who learn about rocks on a visit to the Sterling Hill Mines.

Muppets - Celebrity: Juanes, who is a Colombian musician, is another celebrity guest in Sesame Street Episode 4314. Juanes and friends sing a song. The name of it is "Muevete."

Elmo the Musical Guacamole the Musical: Elmo dreams himself as Chef Explorer. Chef Explorer Elmo goes to Nacho Picchu where he meets the Queen. The Queen wants a big dip for her big tortilla chip and Elmo is here to deliver. The Queen of Nacho Picchu tastes her giant tortilla and finds how well chip goes with Chef Explorer Elmo's guacamole, she decides to do a celebration. The Queen, Elmo and lackeys sing songs and they dance. There are four songs that are sung in this episode. The name of the songs are "I'm the Queen of Nacho Picchu," "We Want Guac," "Sniff Sniff Sniff," "Guacamole".
