Charlotte Katakuri is one of the main protagonists in the manga and anime series One Piece, written by Eiichiro Oda. He is the second son in the Charlotte family and one of the three Sweet Commanders who serve under Big Mom Pirates during the Whole Cake Island Arc. The moment he was introduced, at chapter 860 of the manga and episode 829 of the anime, he sealed his fate as a formidable competitor to the main hero of the show, Monkey D. Luffy.
Background
He is one of the 85 children of Charlotte Linlin, also known as Big Mom. He serves as the Totto Land Minister of Flour and has been put in charge of an island, Komugi. It is said that he is the strongest of all Big Mom's children with a bounty of 1,057,000,000 berries. Personality
Katakuri has a composed personality, rarely ever getting agitated or emotional. He is highly analytical and has extremely great foresight in all aspects, from combat to daily life. With this talent supported by his high level of Kenbunshoku Haki, he is able to see through and prepare for future events. He highly esteems his reputation and the loyalty he has toward his family; he often goes to great measures to keep up his perfect image.
