Elmo Visits the Firehouse was released in September, 2002. It is produced by Sony Wonder. Elmo Visits the Firehouse is in DVD format. As we see the title of the video, Elmo Visits the Firefhouse is about his adventure of visiting firehouse.

Elmo  and Maria go to Hooper's Store for lunch. Alan's fried chicken special ignites a grease fire, and the smoke detector goes off. Maria and Elmo go out and call the fire department. The New York City Fire Department comes. Elmo is frightened and he hides behind Maria.

Elmo is afraid to return to Hooper's. Elmo and Maria are invited to the fire station by  Bill, a firefighter, and they go. Elmo is relieved when he sees how the firefighters are always ready by playing with the fire pole, truck and helmet. They return to Hooper's Store.

In animation part there are kids and they name the pieces of clothing firefighters wear.

In Elmo Visits the Firehoouse video song part Jerry Nelson sings a song. The name of the song is "Firefighter Dad."

Hero Guy is seen in this video. Hero guy tries to rescue a cat from a tree.

Elmo's World Firefighters is one of the segment in Elmo Visits the Firehouse.

Elmo's World Firefighters: The name of segment is firefighters. At the beginning of the scene we see Elmo and says the theme, it is firefighters. Dorothy's wants to know what firefighters wear to keep safe when they put out fires. We also see Mr. Noodle's sister Ms. Noodle.
