A Sesame Street Christmas Carol

A Sesame Street Christmas Carol is a Sesame Street special released in 2006 by Sony Wonder. Oscar the Grouch stars as Ebenezer Scrooge. It is an adaptation from Charles Dickens. There is also another adaptation by muppets in 1992.
A Sesame Street Christmas Carol is a combination of five segments.
Sesame Street is covered with snow on a Christmas Eve. Silence and peace prevail on the street. Then, videos from Elmo's World: Happy Holidays and Elmo Saves Christmas are shown. This takes us to the past and creates a nostalgic atmosphere. Then the muppet named Joe Marley brings a "ghost-o-gram" to Oscar the Grouch.
In "ghost-o-gram" there is a card that Oscar must read out loud. So Oscar can summon Rhubarb, a ghost. Rhubarb shows some old movies to Oscar. Bu videolardan birinde Bert ve Ernie var, diğerinde ise Big Bird sings "All I Want for Christmas Is You." This song by Big Bird is featured in the Elmo Saves Christmas special. A Sesame Street Christmas Carol continues.
Later, Christmas Carole, a Christmas ghost, visits Oscar. Christmas Carole wants to teach Oscar the true meaning of Christmas. For this reason, Carole shows to Oscar various clips from "Elmo's World Happy Holidays" and "Elmo Saves Christmas".
Finally, a robot ghost named Sam arrives. Unlike other ghosts, Sam comes from the future. Sam shows Oscar to watch animations of how Christmas is celebrated in the future.
At the end of a Sesame Street Christmas Carol special, a muppet resembling Joe Marley awakens the Oscar. His name is Joey Dickens, but Oscar insists he is Joe Marley. Oscar has everything to have a nice Christmas.
