Leela leaves and Elmo plays other games without his binky, but it is quite difficult for him. He finds a yellow pacifier on the floor and begins to suck on it.
Elmo goes to Hooper's Store, Elmo needs help to give up pacifier and talks about this with Chris. At Hooper's Store he exchanges Yellow Binky for any toy on the shelf. He gets a stuffed bunny. But Elmo misses Yellow Binky and wants it again. Chris gives him the binky. This attempt is unsuccessful too like the first one. He has not left pacifier, yet.
Elmo still want to give up from pacifier and meets Abby. They talk about Elmo's problem and Abby tells him about Binky Fairies and Elmo thinks this time he can achieve. But unfortunately Elmo cannot give up again. Curly wonders how he can give up, because this three attempts have unsuccessful results.
Elmo talks with Gordon about his binky. Gordon says he should use it some of the time and pretty soon, he'll be saying "Bye Bye Binky”. Elmo and Baby Bear begin singing the song. Finally Curly Bear leaves binky, Baby Bear is so happy for this event and thanks Elmo for his help, and Curly Bear gives binky to Elmo. He goes to Hooper's for a new toy.
